		The body and moving parts of the Biscuit Press are made from durable, long life stainless steel. A simple dough is mixed from butter or margarine, sugar, egg and milk. You can then add whichever flavourings you like, for example, vanilla extract, mixed spice, almond extract, lemon extract, etc. The dough is put into the Biscuit Press and one of the 13 biscuit discs is attached to the base. The Biscuit Press is then held on a greased baking sheet and every pull on the handle produce 1 biscuit - it's that simple and it's that quick. At this stage, you can put on chocolate chips, currants, chopped or whole nuts, glace cherries, candied peel, sugar crystals etc before baking or you can bake and then decorate with melted chocolate, jam, icing, dried fruit, or just glaze and coat with sugar crystals. The Press also comes complete with 8 stainless steel icing nozzles to make a complete Cake Decorating Icing Set.
