The Mould is double-sided to enable you to bake all of the sections, each intricately detailed but with a commercial non-stick coating to ensure that the gingerbread turns out easily. After baking, you simply assemble the two ends, two sides the roof and chimney into the cottage following the full instructions given and let your children decorate it with sweets, icing and marzipan. The Gingerbread Mould is based on the classic German Gingerbread Houses, made famous by such fairy tales as Hansel and Gretel.
