Made from 18/8 stainless steel, they are sturdy, robust and long lasting. The Melon Baller is used for scooping out the soft fruit, vegetables and many other foods in the shape of attractive small balls. These are used in starters, salads, desserts, etc.
		The small ball shaped cup is very strong and robust with a slightly sharpened edge. It is seamlessly welded to the strong shank - both are made from stainless steel. The base of the cup has a hole which allows the food ball to release easily form the cup. In addition to melon, the Baller can be used to make balls from mangoes, avacodos, apples and pears, even bananas, for starters or desserts. It can ball cucumbers for salads and a variety of vegetables for frying, in addition to balling butter and cheese to make an interesting presentation. The strong well-shaped short-handle is oval shaped for better grip and is made from 18/8 professional grade stainless steel. It ends with a practical hanging loop, so that it can be hung from a gadget rail if desired. All seams are sealed to make it watertight and it is fully dishwasher safe with a 25 year guarantee.
