		Our Citrus Reamer is of professional quality, being made from stainless steel. It cannot absorb stains or odours, and of course, can be washed in a dishwasher. The reaming edges tend to squeeze and burst the fruit cells, rather than cutting into them and so the juice flows out and leaves behind the pulp. The handle is made from satin finish stainless steel and fits the hand well, so that the reamer can be rotated easily, without slipping.
