		Made from high quality maple wood our spiked carving board measures approximately 50cm x 35cm with an approximate depth of just over 3cm. This maple carving board is ideal for holding and carving large joints such as beef, turkey and lamb. The board has 5 stainless steel metal spikes which hold the joint firmly and securely in place while you carve. That way the joint wont slip making for a much more even and safer slicing. As well as the handy spikes the board also has sloped juice channels. These channels catch all the excess moisture and juice from your joint. This makes for a much tidier kitchen making less mess and making it easier to clean up afterwards. We recommend that the board is hand washed with warm soapy water after use.
